when will time the time come
the time for when my heart must heal


it has been so long
but the pain still remains inside


it has never escaped

living in this cold world is never an easy thing
for your love was only thing that kept me warm

and guided me,
when I could no longer see what was in front of me


I wish I could go back sometimes,
to a time of just you and me


to just retrace the steps
and step back into the time


when your footprints imprinted into my heart.

why must i feel this way,
the way I do.

or have you for gotten it to be true?


well the truth is,
I could never forget you.

Although you may me.

the footprints will remain in my heart for eternity

the only sad part is that
