the laughter still fills my ears of those days
those days before you went away

for we were perfect
two hearts made as one

when imperfection 
was much more than perfection

for I can still remember those sweet days

when you would wipe the tears from my eyes
and I would be blinded by love and forget all the lies

for I was crazy
or maybe just young
