I'll Be Satisfied

Though I sit in darkness,
the Lord will be my light.
And when the wicked has blinded me,
the Lord will be my sight.
Because you are with me,
I wont be petrified,
and anyway you wanna bless me,
I'll be satisfied.

Lord I'm asking could you walk with me,
and be my shining knight.
And anyway you wanna shield me,
I'll be satisfied.

It really didn't have to be like this,
I could have lost my dreams.
It really didn't have to be like this,
I didn't need a family...
It really didn't have to be like this,
but the Lord had cared for me
So when you ask me why I am like this,
just lift your head to the sky,
and that should be the reason why.
